Since 1996, La Casbah has been a family tradition built on sharing the flavours, hospitality, and warmth of North Africa. We hope every guest who walks through our doors feels as welcome as they would in our own home.

For many years, La Casbah was proud to be part of both the St. Jacobs Farmers' Market and the Kitchener Market. Week after week, we had the privilege of sharing our family recipes, meeting incredible people, and becoming part of so many traditions and memories.

When it came time to retire, we truly believed that chapter of our lives had come to an end. It didn't take long to realize that after spending so many years building La Casbah, we weren't ready to walk away from something that had become such a meaningful part of our lives. We missed the conversations, the familiar faces, and the joy of sharing the food that has always brought our family together.

That is how La Casbah Café came to be. It gave us the opportunity to continue doing what we love while creating a place where people can gather over great coffee, homemade food, and warm hospitality. Whether you have been with us since our market days or are visiting us for the very first time, we are so grateful to welcome you.
